We will create a custom itinerary for your sourcing tour to introduce you to artisans and suppliers that we have curated to work on your project. During the day you will be accompanied by our driver and a guide from our team. Lunch, water and snacks are included. And after the tour you can start working with the artisans/suppliers directly.

If you do not have the chance to visit Bali at this time, we can do remote sourcing for you. We will introduce your project to curated manufacturers for your project, and provide you with a report with all the details about each manufacturer including their feedback/comments about your project.

A one-hour deep dive with our co-founder Cecile. We will review your plans for production in detail and discuss the best strategy for your production planning, help you set-up the timeline, give consultation and advice based on our experience with production management. If you find it helpful we can review your brief before presenting it to the manufacturer to make sure it includes all necessary details. And of course you can ask questions.

Over 40 pages (!) that describe everything we learned about production management over the last 10 years working with hundreds of brands and artisans/suppliers. And an in-depth explanation of our production management method that we use at The Bali Curator.

Let us know your packing list and ask your suppliers to send the products to our office, or let us know when they are ready so we can arrange pick-up. We will coordinate the packing and shipment for you. For shipments by air you can use our DHL account (that gives you over 50% discount on shipping fees compared to the published rates). For shipments by sea we will collaborate with our cargo partner.

If in the worst case you are having trouble reaching your manufacturer* or if you feel there is a miscommunication, we’ll have your back. You can ask our team to contact the manufacturer on your behalf. After contacting the manufacturer/supplier we will provide you with a report of the situation and suggested solution if needed.
