Sourcing Tour

If you are based in Bali, or plan to visit Bali, a sourcing tour is a very efficient way to meet new partners for your business. During a sourcing tour you will be accompanied by our driver and a guide from our team, who will be available to provide information and consultation about the processes. Our guide will also serve as a translator during meetings met the artisans (if needed) and assist to make sure no important topics are missed in the discussions.

A Sourcing Tour can take one or two days, depending on your needs. The schedule will be customized, based on your individual needs. We will ask you to answer our questionnaire in preparation to the tour to understand your project and needs, such as whether you are looking to source available products for wholesale from the suppliers, or looking for artisans to work on custom projects. We will also take into account your estimated order quantities, to make sure we will introduce you to makers with the right capacity for your project.

A typical Sourcing Tour will start at 09.30AM from our office in Denpasar, and finish around 06.00PM. We will usually visit up to 4 - 6 artisans or suppliers per day. It is possible to book pick-up and drop-off service from and to your accommodation with our driver. Lunch will be provided during the tour.

To allow enough time to prepare the tour, and to avoid we are fully booked at your preferred date, we recommend booking your sourcing tour at least 30 days in advance.
All tours are private and custom designed for your needs. If you have a custom request for a sourcing tour with your group, or if you would like to combine a sourcing tour with a workshop or other activities, please feel free to enquire, we will be happy to discuss and make a custom program for you.

If the sourcing tour leads to collaboration between you and one or more manufacturers that were visited during the tour, you can choose to work with them directly, or you can hire us for more services. As much as we would love to stay involved in your project moving forward, there will be no fees or strings attached if you decide to work with the artisans directly after the sourcing tour.
